We need to incorporate an IT Service Manager whose mission will be to direct the technical execution and the rendering of services of those projects in course, assigned by  the diferent areas of the business. All this with an adequate endowment of technical, material, technological and human resources in order to give fulfillment in terms of costs, profitability and degree of customer satisfaction. 

Among its mail functions: 

•  Alignment of the execution of the projects with the business objectives established by the company
• Guarantee the fulfillment of the commitments acquired with clients through the optimal management of the available resources
• Guarantee the profitability of the projects
• Collaboration in the definition of new solutions and extensions of services for the development of competitive and quality commercial proposals
• Collaboration with the process area in the definition and implementation of a homogeneous methodology that applies to the projects and services in course, and that defines the flow of processes, tools, owners, service model…

•  Telecommunications, Industrial or Computer Engineering Degree
• Certification in ITIL methodology
• Knowledge in project management and Business Intelligence tools
• At least 5 years experience as responsible for ITC services with clear business orientation
• Experience in project managment in the following fields: networks and telecommunications, cybersecurity, software, systems…
• Experience in teams management
• Interest in business development
